CHASE V. MAGNUSON
During his career, Chase Magnuson has been involved in more than 200 transactions with a cumulative value of $1 billion, including disposition of $250 million in bank repossessed properties and nonperforming loan portfolios. In addition to his expertise in the areas of commercial real estate, trusts and 501(c)3 charities, Mr. Magnuson has spoken at numerous non-profit and association seminars and conferences on such topics as “Commercial and Investment Real Estate” and “The Charitable Disposition of Real Estate.”
He has also served as moderator at more than 25 national and international real estate marketing and planned giving meetings.
Additionally, Chase has served as an expert panel member at Planned Giving conventions all over the United States.
